Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy.
At least 1 person from the party must be there within 10 minutes of the original booking time. Otherwise, their non-refundable booking is forfeited and subject to release.
Grace period will be extended to 15 minutes if booked for 2 hours or longer.
Responsibility of each player to exit the court on a timely fashion.
Padel Up will contact the person in charge of booking for notice of release of reservation.
